TxAgent Installation and Operation Requirements
As an open source tool, TxAgent can be downloaded and installed via GitHub or PyPI. To ensure optimal performance, a computer with an H100 GPU (with over 80GB of RAM) is recommended. The basic installation process includes: installing Python 3.8+, Git tools; installing the ToolUniverse library; downloading the TxAgent main program; and obtaining pre-trained model weights from HuggingFace.
The system requires a network connection to support ToolUniverse's real-time retrieval capabilities. The command line method or Gradio interface can be selected at runtime. Several official demo cases, such as antibiotic interaction detection and dosage adjustment for elderly patients, are provided to help users get started quickly.
