THESIS Agent's writing engine employs a triple quality assurance mechanism: firstly, it utilizes the language model's inherent ability to recognize academic styles to ensure the formality of the generated text; secondly, it has a built-in discipline-specific thesaurus (covering STEM, humanities, social sciences, and other major fields) to ensure the accuracy of specialized terminology; and lastly, it maintains academic integrity through the citation format checking module (which supports common formats such as APA/MLA/Chicago Finally, the citation format checking module (supporting APA/MLA/Chicago and other common formats) maintains academic integrity.
The system provides a parameter adjustment interface that allows users to set key variables: writing rigor (adjustable from undergraduate dissertation to five levels of journal submission), citation density (set the number of citations per 1,000 words), and depth of specialization (basic/intermediate/expert three levels). The use case shows that the first draft of a history thesis generated by setting "high rigor + medium citation density + expert depth" was evaluated by the tutor to be at the level of a core journal submission, and only 10-15% of content adjustment was needed.
