Spegel provides a highly flexible way of presenting content, allowing users to define multiple viewing modes through configuration files. Typical customized views include:
- Basic Explanatory Model Simplified to the Level of Understanding of Children (ELI5)
- Guided views focused on extraction steps
- Structured extraction model specifically for recipe-based content
Each view can be set up with exclusive shortcuts and AI processing prompt words that users can switch between in real time during browsing. This feature allows the same web page to present differentiated content according to different needs.
The TOML format of the configuration file is designed to ensure both professionalism and ease of adjustment, the default is located in ~/.spegel.toml, users can modify the default model, view order and other parameters according to specific needs.
