BashNota's collaborative program is primarily realized through the following paths:
- Notes sharing mechanism: Personal notes can be shared by generating encrypted links, and the receiver needs to have a BashNota account to decrypt and view them. Supports setting read-only or edit permissions, and change history is retained for 30 days.
- Cloud Synchronization Pool: All device notes are automatically merged when team members log in to the same account (corporate email registration is recommended). Conflicts are handled using a last-modified-first policy and a copy of the conflict is retained.
- Community Knowledge Base: Through the public notes section of the bashnota.com community, you can fork technical templates shared by others (e.g., Python data processing notes), clone them locally, and then develop them twice.
Note: There is a delay in the synchronization of the free version, it is recommended to subscribe to the commercial version to get real-time synchronization service when the team uses it.
