Intelligent meeting recording four-step process
Step 1: Pre-preparation
Create a new note card on mobile/computer and select "Audio Card" or click the microphone button. It is recommended to enable the "Speaker Recognition" function (Pro version required) to easily distinguish between different participants.

Step 4: Collaborative distribution
When sharing to attendees via Noteboard, set edit permissions:
- Supervisor may amend portion of resolution
- Executive level can only comment on specific tasks
- Read-only permissions granted to external clients
