A complete solution for platform-wide data synchronization
Cross-device data inconsistency is a common pain point for cloud-based tools, and TrackFi ensures data integrity through the following mechanisms:
- incremental synchronization protocol: Every time a new transaction is generated, the system generates a timestamp and an operation hash, and the "last modified first" principle is used in case of conflict. It is recommended to manually scroll down to refresh the synchronization after an important transaction.
- Offline processing programWhen there is no network, you can still record the consumption, and the data will be temporarily stored locally with a special mark. After restoring network, go to "Settings - Data First Aid" to perform forced synchronization, and the system will automatically deal with conflicting records.
- Anomaly Detection Mechanism: When the same transaction shows different amounts on different devices, the system will pop up a validation dialog box and keep the photo of the original receipt for verification. Devices that have not been synchronized for a long time (more than 7 days) will automatically enter read-only mode.
Best practice: Check the Sync Status page at a fixed time each week (e.g. Sunday evening) to ensure that all devices were last synced within 1 hour of each other.
