Multilingual Knowledge Base Building Program
It can be built in three phases by utilizing the multilingual support features of PandaWiki:

Note: It is recommended to build the core language version first, and then gradually expand it; AI translation + human proofreading can be used to ensure the quality and significantly reduce the localization cost.
