Enabling AI Little Helper Pro requires Tencent Conference version 3.14 and above, and enterprise users need administrator to open the privileges. The specific operation is divided into two stages: basic enablement and advanced settings:
Basic Enablement Steps
- Login to Tencent Conference Client (same interface for PC/Mac/Mobile)
- Go to Meeting Settings → Lab Functions → Turn on "AI Little Helper Pro" switch
- Consent required for first time use
Personalized reminder settings
Three types of triggers can be set up by clicking on the Hover Window → 'Smart Reminders' tab in a meeting:
- Keyword Monitor:Supports Boolean logic (AND/OR), e.g. "budget AND overrun".
- Identity Trigger:Alerts when the moderator/designated participant is speaking
- Semantic Recognition:Automatic capture of dissenting expressions (e.g., negatives such as "but," "risk," etc.)
Reminders can be selected from three combinations of vibration pop-up (PC), mobile push (mobile), and email summary (after the meeting), and it is recommended to set up vibration + push double protection. All settings will be synchronized in the cloud and automatically inherited in the next meeting.
