- Choose an FAQ template or customize the conversation flow in the Bot module
- Designing dialog trees through the Kompose tool, e.g. setting up a welcome message and FAQ responses
- Upload corporate documents (PDF/Excel) or enter website links to train robotics knowledge base
- Website Integration
- Get JavaScript code snippet in Settings > Install
- Insert the code containing the app ID into the head or body tag of the website's HTML.
- After refreshing the web page, the chat window component will automatically appear in the lower right corner
