FramePack Windows系统稳定运行方案
针对Windows平台特有问题的预防性解决方案：
- 路径规范：确保项目路径不含中文/特殊字符，建议直接放在C:FramePack
- Privilege Configuration：以管理员身份运行CMD，执行：icacls “C:FramePack” /grant “Users”:(OI)(CI)F
- 运行库检查：安装VC++ 2022运行库和最新DirectX
