SynthLight offers a systematic solution to common artifact problems:
Preventive phase
- Input quality control: reject low-resolution (<512px) or over-compressed images
- Automatically detects and repairs noise and JPEG artifacts in the source image.

Post-processing options
- The "Smooth Transition" feature (on by default) removes edge jaggedness from the 90%.
