Preparation for installation

在开始本地部署前，请确保系统满足以下要求：16GB以上内存、Python 3.10环境、稳定网络连接，建议使用conda管理环境

Getting the source code：通过git克隆项目仓库
git clone https://github.com/HICAI-ZJU/SciToolAgent.git cd SciToolAgent
Creating a Virtual Environment：隔离Python依赖
conda create -n SciToolAgent python=3.10 conda activate SciToolAgent
Installation of dependency packages：选择完整版或精简版
pip install -r requirements.txt # 或精简版：pip install -r requirement_agent.txt
Configuring the API Key：修改.env文件设置OpenAI API参数
OPENAI_API_BASE = your_api_base OPENAI_API_KEY = your_api_key
Starting services：运行启动脚本
cd tools bash run.sh

进入test目录运行测试脚本PYTHONPATH=. python test_run_SciToolAgent.py，查看tools/TempFiles目录是否生成预期结果文件。根目录的Cases.ipynb文件提供四个典型使用案例可供参考。
