The Accept Button is designed to follow the plug-and-play principle, and the specific installation and configuration process is as follows:
hardware connection stage
- Plug the USB port into any standard USB port on your computer out of the box.
- Automatically recognized by the system as a keyboard device (no driver installation required)
- You can test if the keystrokes output Tab characters normally by using a text editor.
Software configuration phase
- Ensure that the AI programming tool used (e.g. VS Code with Copilot) has code suggestions enabled
- Enter the IDE's shortcut setting interface, and confirm that the default shortcut key for "Accepting Suggestions" is the Tab key.
- Some tools (e.g. IntelliJ IDEA) may need to manually map the Accept Button to the "Accept Completion" action.
Note: If you encounter a non-responsive situation, it is recommended to check the stability of the USB connection or reboot the IDE.This key does not support custom key programming and its function is always bound to the Tab key protocol.
