The current version of Rovo Dev Agent has the following compatibility features:
- Code Repository Support::
- Native support for Bitbucket Cloud (Atlassian's own product)
- Compatible with GitHub repositories (requires connection via API)
- Support for platforms such as GitLab is expected to be expanded in the future
- Development Environment Adaptation::
- Command Line Instrumentation (CLI) support for macOS/Linux/Windows terminals
- Integration into major development environments through IDE plug-ins (see the latest documentation for a detailed list of support)
- AI Model Options::
- Atlassian optimized proprietary models are used by default
- Access to third-party big models such as Claude, GPT, etc. through MCP Server
- Example of a model for enterprise configurable private deployment
Note that some of the advanced features (such as the Pipeline Troubleshooter) are currently only available when integrated with Bitbucket Pipelines, and Atlassian will continue to expand support for more toolchains.
