MaxKB provides three levels of system integration solutions: iframe embedding for rapid pilot departmental applications; REST API integration to support deep docking with existing enterprise middle-office systems; and Webhook callback mechanism to realize event-driven knowledge push. The system realizes single sign-on through OAuth2.0 protocol and built-in fine-grained permission control matrix to ensure the security of knowledge access.

The system is specially designed with a degradation processing mechanism that automatically switches to the ES-based retrieval engine when the large model service is unavailable to ensure business-critical continuity. The integrated monitoring panel displays interface success rate, response time and other SLA indicators in real time, and supports customized alarm rules.
