- HealthGPT-L14:Based on phi-4 pre-training, which is more performant but requires higher configurations

Both versions use clip-vit-large-patch14-336 as the visual coder, but the pre-training base model is different:
- M3 version with moderate parameter size
- The L14 version has a larger number of parameters
