Intelligent Speech Knowledge Management Architecture
CapsWriter-Offline's innovative keyword diary system redefines the way voice content is managed. The tool automatically organizes the recorded text according to the directory structure of "year/month/day.md", and synchronously saves the original audio to the corresponding assets folder, forming a complete speech-to-text archiving system. Its unique keyword triggering mechanism (configured via keywords.txt) intelligently recognizes the beginning words of speech and automatically creates thematic documents, for example, recordings starting with "meeting" will generate a separate "meeting-date.md" file.
The system implements three industry-leading features: standardized output in Markdown format to preserve the structured features of speech text; automatic cleanup of unquoted redundant audio files to optimize storage space; and support for 48,000Hz high-sampling recordings saved in MP3 or WAV format. After journalists, researchers and other knowledge workers use this feature, the retrieval efficiency of voice notes is improved by more than 3 times, and the long-term management of voice knowledge base can be realized through simple Git version control.
